Future Learning’s young learner programmes focus on those vital skills which there isn’t time for during the school year. On our Winter Programme students complete a different project each week designed to develop the skills and qualities which they will rely on in the worlds of work and higher study. In addition to communication skills these projects require problem solving and team work as well challenging students to think critically and independently. The projects will also invite them to explore the life and landscape of Ireland during their stay and come away with a meaningful understanding of the country and its people.
Future Learning were the first school to work with the superior Gormanston Park residence, now going into its fifth year. This residential option offers everything for the active students of today; 9 sports fields, indoor sports complex, foot golf, theatre hall, games room, large dining area. Bedrooms are 4-6 bed en-suite and students travel to and from school with FL private coach each day.
We pride ourselves on the great service which our host families provide to our visiting students and leaders. At FL we work with our families not only during the peak summer months but year round for our mini-stay and group programmes, no other language school knows their host families better than us! If taking the host family programme you will travel to and from school with FL private coach each day. Students will have a maximum of 15-20 minutes to walk to the meeting point.
