Dublin, Ireland’s capital city and the gateway to Ireland’s Ancient East, is a warm and welcoming city, known for the friendly, gregarious people, who love to hear and tell stories. Dublin city centre is lively and full of characteristic bars and restaurants, shopping districts, theatres, parks, and museums.
This historical city is both charming and cosmopolitan, as well as being small enough to be discovered by foot. It is also home to global tech companies such as Facebook, Google, LinkedIn and Twitter. From medieval castles to museums and modern art galleries, Dublin’s vibrant and youthful spirit and easy access make it an attractive destination to any international student who would love and appreciate a great céad míle fáilte (one hundred thousand welcomes).
Afternoon & Evening Activities
We pride ourselves on the great service which our host families provide to our visiting students and leaders. At FL we work with our families not only during the peak summer months but year round for our mini-stay and group programmes, no other language school knows their host families better than us! If taking the host family programme you will travel to and from school with FL private coach each day. Students will have a maximum of 15-20 minutes to walk to the meeting point.
