Teacher Training – Making Technology Work in the Classroom
These courses are designed for second level teachers who are interested in how technology enhanced learning can be put into practice in their classroom. The course sessions are hands-on workshops which give the teacher lots of practical techniques that they can bring back to their classroom and students and shadowing of real classes where these re being used. The course is delivered through the medium of English, which gives participants an opportunity to refresh and improve their communication skills in an authentic workplace environment. A B2 level of English is recommended.
This teacher training course takes place at our state of the art summer centre in Dublin, Ireland. This summer centre is located in a modern secondary school building which caters for 1,000 students during the year and is less than half an hour by rail from Dublin city centre.
Future Learning’s Erasmus+ PIC
Our Participant Identification Code (PIC) identifies Future Learning as an Erasmus+ training provider. We would be happy to work with your institution to develop an Erasmus+ project which includes our teacher training course and that will attract EU funding for professional development through your national agency.
Host Family Accommodation (full board)
Future Learning can provide high quality and local host family accommodation within the area of the school for 14 nights. This will include breakfast, hot lunch at school and evening meal with the family = €495. (number of days accommodation can be varied on request)
Optional Travel Card for Bus, Rail & Tram (Leap card) for 2 weeks = €100 (recommended)
